Ethar Alali is an industrial applied mathematician, technologist and author of health-climate-economic modelling. Updating the staple of health-economic modelling with sustainability measures and lifecycle analysis, to help optimise supplier evaluation and model the system-wide effects of buying in the intersection of climate, public health and value for money.

Ethar also founded Automedi, a radical new technology platform that builds upon cutting edge sustainable health thinking and modelling to provide the NHS with a brand-new supply chain for integrated care, through on-site 3D printing that makes equipment from reclaimed healthcare waste at the point of use.
